Hey, we’re human, every now and then some of us cut loose from our diet or nutritional regimen and consume certain things we normally don’t. This can cause brain fog, fatigue and inflammation. Here are some of my favorite vacation recovery tips, to cleanse and detox the system after a vacation where I wasn’t exactly intermittent fasting or staying ketosis. Implementing many of these listed below helps me hit the ground running when I head back to work. Fasted Interval Cardio (improves circulation, accelerates the bodies ability to burn fat throughout the day) Sauna w/ Niacin and Activated Charcoal (detox, improves cardiovascular function) Coffee Enema (liver support as well as an effective detoxification remedy) Glutathione IV or Meyer’s Cocktail (liver support) Cold Thermogenesis (reduces inflammation, shakes the system up and lowers cortisol levels) Psyllium Husk ‘Drain-o’ (colon cleansing, helps rid the system food that is difficult to digest) Alitura Clay Mask/Alitura Derma Roller Combo (mitigates facial bloating and inflammation be opening up the pores, pulling out toxins and tightening the skin)
