I had the opportunity to cook dinner for Michael Morelli Jr. of MorelliFit recently in Scottsdale, Arizona. Michael has an amazing story of recovery from depression and addiction and how he was able to beat it through exercise meditation and proper nutrition. I explained the importance of incorporating organ meats into our daily diet and how nutrient dense they can be. Meats such as Kidney, Liver and Heart are all loaded in crucial vitamins and minerals that we need to support our body and mind. Gently cooked in grass fed butter and topped off with a side of organic broccoli and sweet potato, we were both locked in and on fire to talk passionately about skincare once we were finished. The meal was loaded in: -vitamin B -beta carotene -vitamin C -vitamin k -omega 3 fats -oleic acid -amino acids -natural probiotics for proper digestion Michael has battled skin issues his entire life, so to be able to provide him examples of a proper skincare routine and get him dialed in on an 'All-Alitura' regimen definitely makes me feel good!
