Roll back and forth at the same intensity with light to medium pressure on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically, and diagonally in criss-cross motions on your forehead, cheeks, chin, jaw, neck, and chest.

Clay Mask FAQ
Andy’s Go-To Mix: I mix about 1.5 tablespoons of the dry clay mask powder and add in the same amount of water or apple cider vinegar (I recommend you do your first few treatments mixing your Mask with water and working your way up to the apple cider vinegar to allow your skin time to get used to the treatment and adapt). Add a little more if needed, to create a toothpaste-like consistency. I also add a couple drops of organic Sea Buckthorn Oil and organic Clary Sage Oil to really activate the mask and nourish my skin. Let it dry. Hop in the shower and rinse it off. Follow with a cold water rinse to close the pores. Finish by applying the Alitura Moisturizer and get ready for greatness!
*If you have extremely sensitive skin, it may be best to avoid using apple cider vinegar as it has powerful astringent properties that may irritate your skin.

My face is red. Is this normal and how long does it last?
As the Mask pulls out any toxins from deep within the skin, it can leave your face red afterwards for some time. This is a completely normal reaction.

Is it okay if it gets in my hair?

Yes! Andy suggests adding in Blood Orange, Myrrh, Frankincense, and Clary Sage!

My eyes are sensitive to Apple Cider Vinegar – can I use water?
Of course! Adding in ACV instead of water is not for everyone, and you should always patch test first!
